Hi All, kindly i'm facing a problem with my automatic Punto Evo 2011, the problem is while kickdown on the 5th gear and some time on 4th gear too the car Forums New posts Featured threads Search forums Members list Members MapNothing to do with fuses/bulbs, it's a very common problem. It's either the earth or corrosion in the bulb fittings. I'm sure there's a guide on the Punto guides somewhere. Whip the rear cluster out and check that all the bulb holders are in good condition and not corroded. Grab a bit of sand paper and clean them back to nice shiny metal.
Im on my 2nd punto Previously 2007 Grande and now a 2012 punto both 1.2 8v variant and both used a lot of oil seems to be a common scenario with the fiat engine I cant remember what is quoted in the manual but something like 100ml every 1000 miles mine uses more i do around 8000 miles a year and use around a 1ltr of oil between services topping up.:bang:
